Chapter 14: The Christmas Concert (Part 1)
Me: Okay everyone. We are going to be having a Christmas concert.
Cece Worrall: Will I finally have a flute solo?
Me: Yes. You will also have more clarinet solos.
Cece Worrall: Awesome!
Me: Here is the song list.
Song List:

Me: There will be more songs. I also have to come up with who is doing a solo for what song.
The next day...
Kelly: Where is Edgar?
Me: He left the band.
Kelly: Why?
Me: Because he's too busy with other things.
Me: You can be the percussionist.
Kelly: Really? Awesome!
Eddie: But who is going to be the drummer?
Me: There isn't going to be a drummer.
Kelly: We are going to be an acoustic band from now on.
Me: Great idea!
Me: However, there will be a keyboardist/pianist and a guitarist.
Eddie: What about Rick?
Me: He left the band as well.
Eddie: It's now going to be a trio?
Me: No. I'm going to be singing.
Eddie: You should get Linda Taylor from Whose Line. She's a great guitarist.
Me: Great idea.
Eddie: You should get Laura Hall as well.
Later...
Kelly: Laura and Linda are here.
I get the door.
Me: Are you Laura Hall?
Laura Hall: Yes I am.
Me: It's nice to meet you. I'm a big fan of you.
Laura Hall: Thank you so much. Nice to meet you too.
Me: Where's Linda?
Laura Hall: She's coming. She has to get some instruments out of the car.
Linda Taylor arrives a few minutes later.
Linda Taylor: Hello everyone.
Me: Hey Linda.
Laura Hall: Is everyone ready to start rehearsing?
Me: Yes. I'm Mikaela. I'm the manager of the band.
Laura Hall: Nice to meet you Mikaela.
Me: Nice to meet you Laura.

Chapter 15: Rehearsals (Part 1)
It was our first day as an acoustic band. We were no longer a rock band. However, we still performed some rock songs.
Me: Okay Cece. Here is your list of solos.

Someone knocks on the door.
Me: This must be Laura Hall.
Laura Hall: Hello!
Me: Hey Laura!
Laura Hall: Is everyone ready to rehearse?
Me: They don't need to rehearse. They sound really good and they will be ready for the show before Christmas.
Laura Hall: Okay. Great!
Me: Actually, I was going to work with Cece on her solos.

Chapter 16: Rehearsals (Part 2)
Me: Okay Cece. Your flute solos sound really good. We will work on them again tomorrow.
Me: Now, you will work on your clarinet solos.
Cece Worrall: Which solo should I do first?
Me: Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. Some of your clarinet solos have a lot of high notes. However, some of your clarinet solos have low notes.
Cece works on her clarinet solos while I print out some sheet music for Cece and answer a phone call.
Woman: Hello?
Me: Hi. I'm listening to Cece practice her clarinet solos.
Woman: Can I come to the concert?
Me: Sure. It's going to be at the community center.
Woman: Great.
Me: I'll see you there.
Woman: Okay. Bye.
Later...
Me: Okay Cece. Great job with your clarinet solos. You are all done for today.
Me: Tomorrow, you will practice your clarinet solos and your flute solos. Then, you are going to rehearse with the band.
Cece Worrall: Can I eat? I'm hungry.
Me: Sure. You can go get something to eat.
Me: How is everyone else doing?
Eddie Van Halen: Where were you?
Me: I had to work with a band member on her solos.
Eddie Van Halen: Walter is not coming.
Me: Why?
Eddie Van Halen: I just got a call from him saying that he is too busy with Chicago and he can't be in the band. He had a last minute Chicago concert.
Me: Is everyone ready to rehearse?
Marv Ross: Are we going to eat?
Me: Yes. After we rehearse.
Me: Let's rehearse. Get your instruments everyone.

Chapter 17: Rehearsals (Part 3)
Today is the final rehearsal. The concert is tomorrow and everyone is excited.
Me: Okay Cece. Let's hear your clarinet solos one more time. You sound great.
Me: Let's hear your Joy To The World solo.
Cece plays her Joy To The World solo on her clarinet.
Me: You sounded awesome. Let's hear your Silent Night solo.
Cece plays her Silent Night solo on her clarinet.
Me: Great. You are all done.
Cece Worrall: What about my flute solos?
Me: You'll do your flute solos later.
Later...
Me: Okay Cece. Let's hear your flute solos one more time.
Me: Let's hear your Carol Of The Bells solo.
Cece plays her Carol Of The Bells solo on her flute.
Me: Awesome. You are ready for the concert tomorrow.
Me: Are you ready to rehearse with the band?
Cece Worrall: I'm ready.
Me: Let's go.

Chapter 18: The Concert (Part 1)
Today is the big day. Today is the concert before christmas. I am really excited. The band sounds awesome and I know that they will do a great job.
Me: Laura? Are you ready to sing?
Laura Hall: What song will I be singing first?
Me: You will be singing Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.
Laura Hall: Okay.
Me: Is everyone ready?
Eddie: Everyone is ready.
Me: Cece, are you ready for your first solo?
Cece Worrall: I'm ready.
Me: You will do great on your clarinet solo. I know you will.
Me: Okay everyone! Let's get on the tour bus!
Later...
Me: Okay everyone! Let's go! We are here!
Everyone walks into the community center.
Cece Worrall: Look who it is! It's the teacher and the little boy and the little girl!
Teacher: We heard that you are having a concert and I decided to take the little boy and the little girl.
Me: Where's the rest of the class?
Teacher: They won't be coming. Besides, the rest of the students are teenagers and middle schoolers. They weren't interested in coming.
Teacher: The rest of the little kids are very sick and they couldn't make it. I decided to take my two favorite students instead.
Me: They are very excited. They love Cece.
Cece Worrall: Remember me?
Little Boy: I remember you.
Little Girl: You were sick the last time I saw you.
Cece Worrall: I am all better now.
Little Boy: That's good.
Me: Is everyone ready?
Cece Worrall: I'm ready.
Me: Let's go.
The band gets up on stage. They are ready to perform.
Kelly: Look at all the people.
Eddie: I see my nephew! And my niece!
Kelly: I see my best friend and my boyfriend.
Me: Okay everyone! We are performing Santa Claus Is Coming To Town first.
Me: Cece, are you ready for your clarinet solo?
Cece Worrall: I'm ready.
The band performs Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. Then, Cece does her clarinet solo.
I smiled. Cece rocked her clarinet solo.

Chapter 19: The Concert (Part 2)
The concert was over. I went backstage with the band.
Me: Everyone did a great job!
Eddie Van Halen: Did anyone record the concert?
Me: I did.
Eddie Van Halen: I can't wait to see it.
Me: On Christmas, we have a concert.
Me: We are performing the same songs.
Eddie Van Halen: In a different order?
Me: Yes. There will also be some new songs.
Me: Cece, you did an awesome job. I am very proud of you. You should be proud of yourself.
Cece Worrall: It was hard playing all of those high notes on my clarinet.
Me: But you did a great job at it.
Cece Worrall: Thank you. It's not easy playing high notes on my clarinet.
A woman, two men, and a girl come backstage.
Woman: That was awesome!
Man #2: You did a great job.
Girl: Who was that clarinet player? She did a great job!
Man #1: I want to know who she is.
Me: Everyone, these are my friends.
Cece Worrall: It's nice to meet you.
Woman: Were you the flute player?
Cece Worrall: Yes I was.
Man #1: You were awesome.
Cece Worrall: Thank you.
Girl: What a great concert.
Man #1: It was awesome.
Girl: I can't wait to go to the next one.
Man #2: Me too.
Woman: Me three!
